The staff from Security, Reception, FB are all very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious, there are many choices of delicious menus. The cleanliness of the room is very well maintained, the amenities are also complete. It's just a shame that at night it's very noisy, the sound of music, people's voices, and even the sound of vehicles can penetrate the room, so your sleep is disturbed.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to everything. Transportation access is also easy, there are public transportation and Balikpapan City Trans buses. The rooms are quite spacious, not cramped. The staff service is friendly, smiling and greeting.

Have stayed here twice but this time it was a bit disturbing because:
1. The AC was leaking, the main AC and the other AC
2. The roof of the refrigerator was also leaking
3. The refrigerator was also leaking water
4. The towels took a long time to arrive, checked in at 2, called 3 times and the towels only arrived at half past 6 in the evening.

The AC control was half broken (like cracked) and the settings were not optimal, several times had to be turned off because it was uncomfortable (too hot/cold). My room was in the part that went down the manual stairs from the floor where the elevator exited, so it was a hassle to carry things.

the AC is not very cold but cold enough. the TV does not have a smart TV yet and cannot watch because the TV is noisy and the sound is not clear. the towels take quite a long time to be delivered so it is a long wait for those who do not bring them. the refrigerator is quite cold. the WiFi is not very fast, the network often disappears.
