Recommended👍 Very suitable for a staycation with family.. the kids are happy here because there are many fun facilities for them, the staff is very friendly. When I asked to move rooms and double clean, the staff immediately responded👍 Thank you, my kids are comfortable because the room is super clean and fragrant👍 For breakfast, there are many variants and the taste is 9/10. I want to give a suggestion, if possible, the room can be renovated again, especially the bed, it can be replaced, because it is starting to be uncomfortable.. so that it can be worth it with a fairly pricy price😊 Overall Novotel is still the best👍

The hotel staff is very friendly, willing to provide extra services for customer satisfaction, maintained cleanliness, healthy and delicious food, jogging track with fresh air in the middle of the city, playing golf, fitness center and many other facilities are available here.... Very satisfied

I spent Christmas holiday here with my family. There are tons of activities to choose from for every family member. From archery, swimming pool, playground for babies and toddlers, pool and bar for the adults. Rooms are nice too. They accommodate my request for adjacent (and connecting room) for mu family.

Food Quality is More Improved and Golf Course is More Improved too

The room looks outdated, the atmosphere in the room is not so comfortable, there needs to be some maintenance on the room and the corridor. The breakfast is not like other Novotel hotels I have been to. Overall it does not impress that this is a Novotel

Never had any complaints after staying at Novotel Manado, a comfortable and beautiful place to stay.

Last time I stayed at Novotel Manado was about a year ago. And when I stayed again a few days ago I was very surprised by the condition of the room which was not well maintained. I had moved rooms several times, the first one on the lowest floor turned out to have a lot of mosquitoes, even though I had sprayed the mosquitoes were still flying, the outside should have been ventilated. Finally I moved to a room on the 4th floor, the AC was leaking and melting a lot, and finally I moved again. Finally the last room was quite safe. It is very unfortunate at first glance that the NOVOTEL hotel which is an international hotel, why is it so bad? The refrigerator is also gone, replaced with a dispenser which really disturbs the aesthetics of the room. The bathroom door has also started to rot and peel off and fall on the floor and makes it look dirty and shabby. Please Novotel Manado, you need to renovate. A few months ago I stayed at Novotel Nusa Dua and Novotel Bogor, both of which were good. But the service and food were good. Hopefully this will be read by the management of Novotel Manado. Thank you.
