What a pleasant stay, got a welcome snack in room, room is clean and comfy, padi field as a view in the morning, city lights for the night, they even have low calorie breakfast! Will surely go back here when we go to surabaya!!

Maybe because of the old building design, the room's AC had trouble and needed quite a long handling, it took more than 1 hour to be able to fix it.

Stay for 2 nights + 2 rooms with family. Access to swimming pool and surrounding areas that provide variance of food and activities. So close to airport also. Will be back for next trip to Surabaya.

The hotel staff are not friendly, do not greet guests, do not smile, moreover the security looks down on guests, there is no adequate parking space for hotel guests, even thinking that hotel guests are package couriers?

a very comfortable hotel for a staycation
coincidentally it was also during a child's birthday party
the staff were very friendly, the room was as requested and amazing because they got free evening tea and cake too
there were also many variants of the breakfast menu and what made me remember after going home was the taste of the chocolate roll cake.it was really delicious in my opinion 😍
the swimming pool atmosphere was also calm plus a nice view of the city and sky
anyway, it is highly recommended to staycation here

Comfortable and clean hotel, delicious food of 4-star standard… Everything is good and comfortable, but there is only 1 thing that needs to be reconsidered, namely the lift (only 2 lifts… and “slow moving”) so it takes quite a long time to wait for the lift to arrive, resulting in a buildup in the lobby and each floor… so it is full of customers and overloaded (waiting again).

A comfortable hotel for a staycation with family. For breakfast, the menu served is quite complete with various menus and for those who have babies, there is also porridge sum-sum. So far so good. Friendly service and the place is clean + comfortable. Alfamart & A&w restaurant are provided. Recommended. In terms of shortcomings, there is no ATM center.

surprisingly, even though it's not a new hotel, it's very comfortable. Asked for a high floor and was given the 35th floor, awesome. The check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. The hot water was also smooth without any problems. I was very satisfied staying at BW Papilio Surabaya. Oh yeah, this hotel is very close to the concert venue, at Jatim Expo, and transportation is also easy.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room, good facilities. Also cleaned so after going out, the room is clean and tidy. Only one thing missing, there are no white lights 😁. I'm used to bright lights. Other than that, no comments. It's really great and the best 🤌🏼

Always stay here if there is work in the city of Surabaya, besides being close to the station, it is also close to shopping centers and places to eat. The admin and staff are also friendly. Fast response when there are questions about hotel reservations. The service is good and the price is also affordable from other hotels. Next time when I go there again, I want to try the swimming facilities, because every time I go there I always don't have time to try swimming because of the density of work.

The downside is that the officer from the beginning of check in did not inform us that the parking ticket must be stamped when entering the hotel, so we had to pay every time we went in and out. Other than that it was good.
