This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. Will definitely come back

Yesterday's experience, I didn't expect there to be an Eid al-Adha prayer in the hotel pool area. Staycation without having to leave the sunnah prayer. Then we ate with family at the Gardenia restaurant, the menu was varied and the taste was delicious". This is the fourth time staying at Bess Mansion and it never fails. Thank you Bess Mansion.

For the service, the hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful, the room cleanliness is OK, the AC is also very cold. Very comfortable. The towels need to be replaced because they are thin and shabby. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable when having breakfast at the restaurant, I felt uncomfortable with the waiter not taking his eyes off us. Even worse, after I took the salad, the female waiter immediately took a position right in front of the salad again as if she was the salad supervisor 😂. The taste of the food is standard. We still have the possibility of staying here again but not to take the breakfast package. Because of that, we pay for food but the service of the restaurant employees is like we are eating for free and we are worried that we will finish all the food. 🤪

Access from Wonokromo station is close, the room is comfortable and clean, kid-friendly, there is a pool and slide that makes my child feel at home here. The staff are friendly. The lobby is spacious. There is a minimarket downstairs if you are too lazy to go out and need snacks. Keep it up ❤️

There was a miscommunication during check-in, the receptionist said that food would be delivered during sahur, after waiting for a while it turned out there was none. In the morning when we confirmed, it turned out that sahur was not delivered, we really had to go to the restaurant 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
