oh no more offering friends to stay here, I helped my Korean friend stay here because it's 5 stars, close to the mall and hangout places. But when my Korean friend stayed there, many cockroaches came out, my friend was traumatized because while sleeping there was a cockroach flying onto his head. I complained to the staff and they said: help spray and change rooms, changing rooms is the same, so my Korean friend decided to move to a nearby hotel, then here there was no compensation to return half the price or at least a little. yes the policy is that there can be no refund, but at least there is compensation, because of that many cockroaches came out and changed rooms and there were still cockroaches. the point is the service is lacking.

Tidak diberi informasi cara menghidupkan air panas shower, sehingga 2 hari pertama tinggal di sana kami mandi air dingin. Pada hari ketiga (the last day) kami baru tahu bahwa ada saklar air panas di deretan saklar lampu dekat pintu. Juga tidak diberi info kemana harus membuang sampah. Dan juga tidak diberi info berapa hari sekali kamar dibersihkan sehingga selama 3 hari kami menginap disitu kamar sama sekali tidak dibersihkan. Terima kasih. Semoga My Apatel semakin sukses.

Highly not recommended. When you entered the room, it was very dirty and smelly, especially with lots of small cockroaches, smelly sheets, smelly pillows. Very disappointing, just entering my room I immediately checked out again. Next time if you want to rent out, please clean it first so you don't disappoint the people who want to stay, I really regret booking this apart.

The apartment room has lots of small cockroaches too, the return of the old deposit.

The service was awful, we tried to contact for the check in procedure since 9.30 in the morning, the respond was very bad and slow, they completely ignored us, and finally got our key at 05.30 in the afternoon. And. The room was super dirty it ' s was like never been cleaned before after the last stay, we even found cockroach dead body. My parents was the one who ' s staying, mom called everyday to complain new things about the room. The details said that it has 2 queen bed, but only prepared one bed with sheets, the other one with no sheets and pillow and stuff, totally naked bed. I asked my brother to call the Apatel for the help, he said, no use, they won't bother to help. The room was dark with only one main light working, My mom have to clean every corner of the room with napkin, so surely it wasn't enjoyable. The room was for 2 person, but only 1 towel and other toiletries prepared, so for sure this will be the first and last stay at this apartment unit.

The apartment is clean & tidy. The location is right next to the mall. The apartment parking is for members only, so you don't want to park at the mall & it's quite a drain on a budget of 4 thousand / hour. The check-in process was a bit long because an appointment with the cleaning service was at Indomaret & couldn't be contacted. The security staff are all friendly, but in the lobby I saw a banner prohibiting daily rentals, hopefully Apatel already has permission for this. Cool facilities can swim/gym + there is a children's playground area.

The unit stinks. Looks like a water line. Until the room deodorizer sprays, it still smells, there are cockroaches. Wanting to check out is also complicated, you have to look for the same person holding the key. Sorry to say. But this is an honest review from me.

Perfect place for four of you to gather. There are 2 beds so it fits. For the bathroom sink, it is a bit loose, it should be repaired. Overall, the place is really good, only for a deposit, the return process is quite long. It is better to process it more quickly.

The check-in process is long, the vehicle park is far from the location of the apartment, and pay for expensive parking because it enters the mall area. Key deposit return of Rp. 300,000 more than 3 days 😂
