The first time I came to Phu Quoc and had a vacation at Oceanbay Resort ^^ Personally, my family had a very happy and comfortable experience, the staff was attentive and enthusiastic. The space at the resort is very open and there are many fresh green trees, I like it very much, the receptionist shared with me that the resort owner plays wooden furniture. About the room is cleaned and changed every day, the food at the buffet is okay because here I see that foreign guests stay a lot, so there are more western dishes. Restaurants on the beach need to improve more on the processing to make the food more customer-friendly. I feel quite satisfied that when paying, the staff actively asked how the food was that day to try to improve, very satisfied with that. Please experience and rate more!

I think this is a great resort for everyone to relax with their lover or family. About the room: The view I choose is Jungle, Immerse yourself in the real nature, the room is large, there is a mosquito net to avoid insects. Fully equipped, clean. There is a balcony for you to drink chill chill coffee. About the beach, swimming pool: The beach here is really not crowded, you can take pictures freely without being afraid of people, you can go from the room directly to the beach a few steps away, a few steps away. perfect beach for virtual living. About food: I book a room with free buffet breakfast, extremely diverse food, with Asian and European dishes. Juice, milk, coffee, and desserts too. Breakfast view upstairs with a panoramic view of the resort's swimming pool and beach, eating while enjoying the view is nothing better. About the restaurant: There is a restaurant located on the beach, you can book a table here, eat while watching the sunset, the view is indisputable. The food at the restaurant, for me, is okay, not too excellent. But because the view of the restaurant is so great, I accept to ignore it. About service: I highly appreciate the service here, from the reception, manager and staff, everyone is very friendly and cute. The receptionist supports my service very well, the managers always ask and ask about the service. If I could rate 10 stars, I would rate 10/10. Small note: Because the resort is located quite far from the center about 8-9km, you can rent a motorbike or a service car to move. But here you can relax comfortably with all services: beach, spa, restaurant, bar. In short, this is an ideal place for you and your family.

But the layout of the bathroom is not reasonable when you shower or go to the toilet, you can hear the noise and see the head of the guest in the next room with the distance between the two rooms only about 4m, and the wall covering only about 1m7 high. - The breakfast buffet is very good, the food is rich and quality, the restaurant has a beautiful and airy view. - The local road is quite far, and must depend on trams. However, because the decorative stone road is quite rough, in case you do not want to use the tram, traveling and transporting your own luggage will also be difficult. - Additional facilities: The hotel has motorbike rental with packages of 4h 100k; 4h - 8h: 150k; 200k all day. The funny problem is that the car rental time is from 8 am to 12 pm during the day. However, when I rented a room at 14:00 and booked a car rental for the whole day, the receptionists did not advise clearly and collected my 200k. After the collection is complete, I will advise and say I have to return the car before 12pm. Of course, that day I only used it for half a day, but I had to pay for the whole day. And the next morning, you have to pay rent for the new day. Actually, the difference in fee is not high, but I am sorry that the hotel is very ok from the quality of the rooms to the attitude of the staff. But just because the car rental affiliate wants to increase profits, using this trick will bring uncomfortable feelings to customers. While you just need to step out of the hotel a few dozen meters, you can rent a motorbike for 120k for 24h (24h rather than pay in the morning) or you can also ask for motorbike rental services in Phu Quoc. Nation to get the car delivered to the place with a more reasonable price and way to save time.

The hotel was great. There are many beautiful places to take pictures. Dedicated staff. I arrived early, but it was not time to check in but was supported by the hotel for early check-in. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Phu Quoc, I will definitely book a room here
