They offer all the facilities that we need: great room equipement with make up miroir, quiet ambiance, very clean swimming pool. Large parking. The TV should has been a smart TV that would be perfect.

Guaranteed 5-stars but not really 5-stars hotel. I found cockroach and a piece of broken glass in my room. I stepped on broken glass but good luck I wear socks. After I moved to a new room and ask to meet the general manager but only duty manager say apologize. I really feel uncomfortable during stay because I pay money for 5-stars hotel and expect 5-stars service.

This hotel asked for deposit VND500,000 (approx. $22) when checking. That was a small amount. Moreover, the way night shift receptionist lady informed us about the reason of deposit needed making us uncomfortable. The receptionist told us that because they have mini bar (4 supper small whiskey bottles and snacks) and experience facilities inside the room. Therefore if anything is okay and no damage/ lost when we check out. We can get back the deposit. What kind of criteria to evaluate their stuffs are okay!!! Final decision is their decision. On another hand, the service couldn’t matched to 4* hotel. Maybe it’s 3* only. No one took us to the room. We have to find it ourselves. All towels looked very old together with some dirty yellow dots. In addition, the water in the pool was much much smaller than it's from picture. It contained a mix of cheap and strong smell chemicals. In conclusion, we definitely never ever come back this low standard service hotel.
