This was my second time staying at Cicilia. Everything was mostly nice as I've always known (except that there was no free razors this time, and the TV in my room didn't work). I'd still choose this place next time, tho.

Hotel Staff is good and speak English. Accommodation itself is clean and easy access from Center. Breakfast menu is good. Overall, I am happy with this hotel. Recommended for staying.

Hotel is on the great location. I checked in on 28-29/02 I came before 2:00 pm l leave my luggage here and go out, hotel near the beach, supermarket and cafes. Nice location. Room is good I like my room but the wall is un soundproof. I heard noise from room upper me and beside me just only one not good at the hotel. Most that I like staffs here, I appreciate receptionist and bellman they are very good very kind and helpful. Keep doing 😊 and thank you for helping me. My first time in Vietnam.

The room was not so good as it looks in photos, room was old and lacked of care, service and staff were not helpful, not worth 4-star hotel.

Front desk try to give me a lower rate room. Room is not ready until I get there. Have to wait for the room ready in the lobby.

Checked-in without welcome drink. I have to wait over 2 hours for room inspected even though I sent early check in request with ECI fee. Breakfast was from 6am but I have to wait until 7am to serve “Pho” and eggs, please be ready for all in time. We have no time to wait for 1 hour. Or you can confirm that breakfast was start at 7am. I will arrange my schedule. Not only me have to wait, there were many guest waited for breakfast because it have not much option. Also check-out time process delay over 30 minutes. Even though I was hold deposit and left my phone number, I have to wait without response from Front Office. They promised to return my deposit after room check but I have not receive any money back (check-out on 1st August).

The staff is friendly, and the facilities are somewhat decent. Still, a policy on flexible check-out would be more highly appreciated.
