Staying at this hotel is very suitable if we want to have a Meridian Sunset dinner because the distance between the hotel and icon siam is only walking distance.

The hotel locates very close to the Iconsiam shopping mall. But the alley is relatively small, and the atmosphere is not good, still not manageable by the hotel. The check-in process was fast, but the staff did not show me much of the facilities. I guess he told me to explore the hotel myself because he was busy, as I assumed. But, at least, he walked me to the room as he was supposed to. My room was out of the Riverview, which is understandable because I booked the cheapest one. But it was spacious and quite well-decorated. The beds were so comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, they did not provide the body lotion as amenities, and the shower water was not as strong as I expected. The pool was great even though some areas were not so pleasant since it was in front of the pool-access rooms. Still, it was beautiful with all the architectural buildings and light decorations. The construction is still under process in some areas of the hotel, which could make some noise during the day. It was not that bad during my stay. Breakfast is not so impressive, food choice is okay, but the taste and the quality could be improved. The croissant is not of good quality, including dim sum and sausage.

Great Hotel and Great Location near BTS and on the side of the River, but if your destination on the other side of the River it would be a bit troublesome, Overall a great Hotel and would definitely come back

I really enjoyed staying 3D2N at this Hotel, the hotel was nice, fragrant and clean. The staff is also friendly. I even sent my luggae first to this hotel because I had to go somewhere else before going to Bangkok, they stored my luggage well, my suitcase was even provided in the room. Complete facilities, Lawson open until evening, massage spa, gym and swimming pool. I really like sitting & Chill in the backyard of this hotel with a river view. I would definitely go to this hotel again if I visit Bangkok again.

. Good hotel with a great location and reasonably priced. Not sure it ' s really necessary to tell a 60 year old man not to steal the shampoo container at check in but apart from that great.

Upon arrival, the Room Boys were very helpful and friendly, and they were also proficient in English. I was a bit disappointed because I had requested birthday decorations or a complimentary cake beforehand, but the hotel did not provide them. The room was quite comfortable and spacious, but the view wasn't particularly great since we were in the right wing. The hotel is close to Icon Siam, which can be reached on foot or by using the BTS. Considering the price and our stay experience, it ' s not highly recommended. It wasn't too pleasant, but it ' s still understandable.

When we got there, I have specifically requested double beds but somehow it ' s hard to explain since those were inadequate of speaking English. This is a tourist country and somehow not many speak English!

Nice place to stay, even though they are on renovations, so the corridor kind of stinky, the place is worth it to stay, at the last day they did not supply the tissue and amenities anymore.
