Hotel is very comfy. Pillow and bed are superb. Unfortunately unable to extend my stay since fully book. Hope to be back soon and stay there,

1. Super clean hotel. I like the vibes. 2. Very strategic location. 3. All staffs under all areas, be it the reception, restaurant, housekeeping staff, staff manning the lobby, they are all super nice and very kind. Keep a good job and my family are glad/happy to be serviced by them. 4. I had one experience, I dirty my bath towel with chili sauce. I called housekeeping at 0930PM for replacement. Within minutes I received my bath towel replacement. 5. Also, another experience, I was so worried about my transportation from Hotel to Bangkok airport, I approached your concierge staff and the staff managed it professionally. It was done/confirmed immediately.

This hotel always comfortable for me & my family everytime visit to Bangkok because near shopping area & foods. No worries event bring children because there are playground near by this hotel which is in the Central World. The restaurant also have a good taste, and staff as usual give us early check in once check room availabilty. And always will back here if I visit Bangkok again.

We are family (parent and 2 daughter) who stayed at the hotel before we left Bangkok for last day. It was a great stay with clean room, bathroom and all amenities provided. We would love to come back again for our next stay in Bangkok. Recommended hotel in Bangkok!
