We are very satisfied with the hotel service. I come with my mom and my little son 4 years old, room is clean and have sea view, downstairs is big shopping mall, very convenient. Hotel lobby outside have big pool, my son was be there whole days to play and swimming, nice time in pattaya!

Must of people not wearing masks there and tgat push me to check out in 1 day and my booking was for 3 nights.

The room is fine but we ordered coffee and never got it during breakfast time. Chocolates or tea, we could get with long time order but coffee, we reminded the staff that 1 hour waiting already. She seem helpful but 30mins later, we still cannot get it.

It's always amazing staying at hilton, the bed and the pillow is the best and the breakfast yummy but the food from room service was not that good for 5 star hotel that food was basic basic

Late booking, so paid too much, breakfast was boring, coffee wasn’t so good, the bedroom was not cozy at all, bathroom was okay, too many heavy doors and mirrors, all the staffs were super, the view at the rooftop was great. Wished they didn’t change the bathroom amenities. Overall, I think it’s perfect for families and tourists.
