Hotel 81 Dickson

Cons: check in was delayed too long for the room cleaning, they don't wash the used cup on the room, didn't change the bed sheet every day, and they put the towels inplace with the doormats, they don't give slippers if didn't request one, only 1 staff is very good service with smile, he take care our luggages when the cleaning in progress and we can leave it safe there. The aircon is centralized so its impossible to switch off or set the temp, the hot water is good and everytime available for bath, there is no bidet in the closet, the TV channel only show local channel, don't expect too much from the TV. There was 1 or 2 cockroach found at the room. Pros: the location is awesome for the MRT station near rochor and jalan besar, to mustafa you can take a walk around 20minutes, so near to the halal food restaurants which served 24hrs, its recommendedfor Muslim with low budget hotel, for sleep only its more than enough. They served good coffe and tea goldroast which taste nice for daily, there is haird dryer and water heater, there is mini refrigerator that very useful to keep your drink cold, they give 2 bottles of mineral water, the locking system is still using traditional. Lock, but the aircon central so its not turned off if you leave the room, it will be recommendedfor budget under 150SGD. And for sleep only, you can't have staycation here since there is jo extra facility inside the hotel. Will be on my list for the next visit, thanks for all the staff on hotel 81 Dickson, please do more smile and respect the customer, we will be happy if you greeting us with smile ☺ hope you can fixed the cons mentioned especially the cleaning and room hygiene. This is already my second time booking this hotel. Overall it is satisfactory. There are only few things that can be improved. One of it is noise control. Due to the thin walls, sometimes if the guests has children the noise gets to the other nearby room. The other is deep cleaning. On my last visit, my make up fell and went below the bed. I noticed that the gap below the bed was never cleaned, it was all dust. So there is definitely room for improvements. But other than that, and for the price, this hotel gives us the best location with satisfactory facility.

So far so good, the staff was helpful.

Lokasi dekat dengan MRT dan bus stop dan tempat makan. AC kamar terlalu dingin dan sepertinya tidak bisa di atur karena di rubah ke 30 derajat tetap dingin jadi ngebikin bedsheet terasa seperti lembab. Beberapa kamar tidak ada jendelanya. Reseptionis ramah dan memberikan info yang sangat jelas.

The room is quite okay, bathroom too. The location is very strategic. You don't have to take a long walk to reach the nearest MRT station, bus stop or shops to by food or other necessities. Its surrounded by stalls and food shops, which is why it's quite crowded sometimes. Overall, not a bad experience.

This accomodatoion is near to the MRT jalan Besar. The staff is very helpful. He even let me check in earlier at around 1 p. M because they have done cleaning the room. You can also save your luggage here.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay complemented by top-notch customer service.
