10minutes walking from Lot10/MRT bukit Bintang. All the staff were very accommodating & kind. Unlike some of the reviews I read in Google & Traveloka, the security guards were helpful & greeted us with smiles everytime. We were given a pouch as a token to be redeemed on its bar as welcome drink. Didn't claim it, tho. Room was clean & efficient. Aircon cold. Water pressure good. Best amenities! Shower gel scent “rum” was nice. A nespresso machine, free minibar & snacks. Filtered water tap. First time seeing an empty ziplock bag “for leftover soap bar”. Very thoughtful. Don't know why I still got rashes despite the clean room. Maybe it's the carpet or something that gets my allergies going. 24hrs gym downstairs was great. Got more equipments variety than the usual hotel. Breakfast was nice with an array of Malay Peranakan Indian selections. Roti prata with chicken curry hits the spot. Nasi lemak & all its toppings were also delish. 3types of dimsum. Cheese was only pale & red cheddar. Overall great to take the breakfast if you have a busy day. If not, I'd recommend to grab your local fix in Chinatown.

The hotel is very accomodating. They are on top service, all the personel was kind, and friendly. You just ask and they will tell. Have a really good time spent the nights there.

We like this Hotel ' s location at Jalan Bukit Bintang near Jalan Alor where in the evening there are many food stalls. Being a ‘ newish 5 star hotel ‘ the room is clean with comfortable beds. There is only one chair in the room to sit on however. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
