As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions
Hotel will collect a cash deposit of RM200 upon check in. It will be refund once we checked the room condition when check out. Hotel is in the midst of applying WiFi, so the room currently doesn't come with the internet. !! Free internet is available at the lobby lounge and Level 36 business lounge area. Building's carpark is autopay machine Car Pay Parking System. Parking rate will be a flat rate of RM5 per entry when validated at the concierge counter with the room key card.
With the current recovery phrase – until further notice, kindly refer below for our operation changes: *Check In Time: 3pm – 9pm (Check In is not available after 9pm).
Please note that all new bookings are to comply with firm and resolute action & SOP to follows by traveller/guest who are fully vaccinated. All guests are required to present their individual MySejahtera COVID-19 Risk Status and Screenshot of proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate as "Fully Vaccinated" at reception counter upon arrival. The management reserved the right to refuse check-in on guest(s) exhibiting symptoms or being flagged by MySejahtera contact tracing system. Meanwhile, swimming pool & gym facilities are unavailable due to pandemic until further notice.
In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, Mykey Global Sdn Bhd are proactively taking extra steps to ensure safety and comfort for your stay. As such, we will need extra time to safely clean and disinfect your rooms, so our daily arrival and departure time will be adjusted to Check In Time at 3pm onwards and Check Out Time at 11am.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights and it was great! Requested for high floor and I got floor 35, highest is 39. Booked the royal signature room and it was very big and spacious for 2 pax. However, some of the cons was the bed, very noisy and very squeaky lol. One turn, and it made noise. Mattress was hard but it was OK for the two mornings, I didn't woke up with a sore of neck or whatsoever. There are few ants crawling everywhere even in the toilet table top. Toilet was clean but there were drain flies as well as ants but that didn't bothered us that much. Check in was very smooth, no long queue. Got the card access within 5 mins. You will get 2 cards, one for the room and one for facilities. Security is tight, so you don't have to worry about anyone coming up to your room as the lift needed card access to it. Deposit were only RM100 and RM20 for tax. Grabcar was very easy to get, but you need to be prepared to wait for max 15 mins as they need to drop off passengers first. Hotel is near to anywhere and grab would cost as low as RM7. Overall it was a perfect stay, no doubt we enjoyed throughout. Can't wait for next visit and definitely will choose Ceylon suites!

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Bukit Bintang. Will be back to this place soon.!

Light, airy and very spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Bukit Bintang. Will be back to this place soon.!

The room was so big with such a great deal. Very comfortable, only a 10 min walk to alor street (famous street food destination). You can also rent scooters to roam around but I didn't get to because you have to download an app for it. Only stayed there for a night but overall a very satisfying stay.
