This was my first time to stay in Wyndham Surabaya. The services were good. The smoking room is clean and large, complete with working desk. The rate is competitive. I recommend to all to stay in this hotel.

Tempatnya enak, kamarnya luas bangett. Pdhl kamarnya yg deluxe biasa. Bersih juga. Makan paginy juga enak.

Checked in around dinner time, a female receptionist didn't look friendly at all, shouted "bisa dibantu" while I was walking up to the reception area, but before I even reached the reception counter. No proper greetings before and after check-in process (good evening, enjoy your stay, etc as the standard in most hotel reception) either. I tried to ignore it and stayed friendly anyway, until she gave me my access card without explaining: which floor it was, the room number, where the elevator was, and what time and where the breakfast would be served. Just put the key cards on the counter in front of me and continued typing on her computer, so I had to ask all those questions (elevator, breakfast, made sure my room is on 9th floor). RUDE! Room was very nice and spacious, breakfast menu was excellent, lots of options, and the dining area staff were all very friendly and helpful. Access cards were sometimes hard to use to access the elevator, causing me to call for a staff to help. The staff informed me that sometimes the magnet goes wonky if the card is put anywhere near a mobile phone and that I would have to reset my cards at the receptionist if the problem persisted. Check out was easy, helped by a male receptionist, quick and friendly.

Toilet flushing not work properly, dine in table set up for 4 person, my family members is 5 but the staff only watching when I call and asking for 1 chair he online set up 1 chair but no cutlery. No sense at all. Swimming pool also not recommended.
