The air conditioner in room was leaking water. The toilet smelled badly. Breakfast was bad and untrained staff. Check in was long.

Sungguh salah satu pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan menginap di salah satu Hotel terbaik di pusat kota balikpapan. Lokasi sangat strategis di pusat bisnis dengan konsep One Stop Shopping kompleka BSB. Akses sangat mudah jika dari Bandara. Namun beberapa hal yg menurut saya kurang: 1) Smart TV yang semua channelnya ternyata cuma preview. Tetap diminta utk subscribe dgn biaya tertentu untuk menonton. Bisa dikatakan fasilitas TV dan seluruh channelnya tidak bisa dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya. 2) Posisi wastafel dikamar mandi terlalu mepet kiri sehingga ketika pintu terbuka space nya makin sempit.

Room allotted was in the 7th floor with heavy music sound. Room AC was hardly working even with 17C. Toilet cum Bath room was too small. Request to change the room was not given though many rooms were available in that evening. Morning breakfast was good, only positive. Overall, not a good experience, at all.
