Overal OK, tp ada bbrp hal yg mgkn bisa jadi perbaikan utk hotel: 1. Kamar sy di lantai 9, dan di lantai 10 sedang ada renovasi & tdk ada info sebelum check in. Jadi bunyinya cukup mengganggu kenyamanan kamar kami. 2. Sy late check out ke jam 16.00 & sudah payment additional charge utk late check out, namun di jam 12 siang kartu akses tdk bisa digunakan padahal dr awal check in proses late check out sudah disettle. Tolong diperhatikan kembali soal akses card ini, krn cukup mengganghu harus bolak balik lg refresh kartu. 3. Proses pengiriman barang2 dr concierge ke kamar saat check in, cukup lama barang kita smpe di kamar. Smpe harus telp dulu utk make sure, krn skitar 15-20 menit barang baru sampai di kamar. Semoga bbrp point di atas bisa diperbaiki lagi oleh hotel. Sisanya sudah OK.

Untuk kamar smoking, ac sama sekali tidak dingin. Kebersihan kamar juga kurang. Dengan harga lebih murah, saya lebih memilih hotel Aviary.

I stayed at 1020 for a night. I have one complain for the laundry service. When I was sleeping I noticed my doorbell rang at 10am or less. However since I didn't order anything I decided to sleep again. Later, I noted that there's an access made through the door lock and I questioned the person coming inside. It's a laundry service. I know you have a standard to serve your customer. However coming inside or disrupting someone ' s rest is a big no especially it's a holiday. There's a reason why I chose 5 stars hotel to stay. I want to take a rest comfortably and well. Coming inside without permission to offer service to customers who do not ask is intolerable to me. Not in the morning! Last, check the basin/sink. There should be a metal placed in the middle to manage water coming out. Mine was missing.

It was actually a very pleasant stay because everything was excellent but then one of the staff restaurant told me to leave the restaurant while having breakfast. It ruined everything that was good from this hotel. Too bad. She shouldn't have treated a guest like that.
