Thank you for hospitality from all hotel staff especially for Mr. Rizal with a great welcome at check in at reception desk. Room was clean and comfort, yesterday TV 1 of our room was broken and got replaced. Hope the hotel could maintain the good services and facility.

Room was quite small compared to it 's competitor. Bathroom fixtures look a bit old and cleanliness was below average. Access to lobby/room was okay if you drive a car or by walk during Mall 's opening hour. But out of that time, you should walk quite far to the back side of the mall to enter through the only 24hrs door.

Very good at all. The breakfast, service, room, aminities, and no need to worry about the parking. Is free. 5 stars is not enough for this property 😋🥰.
