When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled of cigarettes, even though I had been given a note"non smoking room"After complaining, I was given a better room, even though the pillowcase smelled damp.

Good accomadation but right now the location always traffic due to near with Kuta beach.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly, wifi good but you need to do relogin if you not use the wifi, breakfast is awesome, the location is great but better you take a motorcycle because the area is so crowded, if you take a car so be ready to get a heavy jammed.
