Stayed 2 nights here during Covid, all the health protocols were prepared very well. Even 2 face masks available for free in the room. The room was clean and spotless. The location is prime, near to everywhere.

A nice and clean hotel in the middle of Bandung City, close to bip mall, a busy location. The food was delicious, according to our expectations. It 's just unfortunate that our executive room wasn't too cold, or because the room was too big or because the weather was quite hot for the city of Bandung.

The only thing I would complain is the air conditioner, it was like it wasn't functioning at all. Facilities, hygiene, staffs hospitality 👍.

Strategically located close to shopping malls and food courts. Not so far from some of the well known area where people gathers during weekend. First experience: cannot get the expected king size bedroom as ordered in app. With a well trained smile the check-in staff offer the room with twin bed "as according to availability". Cannot really argue with that. We're already tired after strolling for some hours in the malls. Lesson learnt: What we see in Traveloka is not always what we get from the hotel. Next: the room itself is clean and tidy. No complain for this. AC is cool. TV is working. Safe box is working. Small fridge is working. Swimming pool water is clear. Breakfast was normal. Recommended for anyone who wants to explore the central area of Bandung.
