It was a very pleasant experience. Got free upgraded room to the Grand Deluxe and the staff is super friendly. The food also very tasty and variatave. Definitely recommended for having staycation in the heart of Jakarta

Booked grand deluxe and got a pretty good view to Bundaran HI. Overall the room and bathroom were very spacious, clean, and very comfy. But likely I was not lucky enough to got the room that was not cool enough even though the air conditioner temperature was as lowest as possible. But overall the experience was very good, except that one.

Last minute staycation with family. Loved that since we order executive grand deluxe, we got access to executive lounges with free snacks and cocktails. Room view also amazing, overlooking the famous roundbout, kids love to dip into the bath tub. The pool surprisingly fun too. And we enjoyed breakfast, kids also love the small playground. All staffs were attentive though my check in was a bit slow but we can wait at the lounge so no issue, also no one offer us to help with the luggage, and even though they are friendly, some are over friendly to my liking, but maybe OK for some, just not my cup of tea. But overall it was great. Also it is next to Grand indonesia shopping mall which makes it easy in case you need anything.

Everything was amazing, my parents loved staying there, enjoyed the pool and the gym. And of course they said that the breakfast was delicious and full of variety, except I suggest for elderly and small children should not having breakfast during weekend (sunday morning) because they limit your dining time up to 1 hour only. While elderly and small children tend to eat slowly.

Nobody helped me with my luggages, even though there were 4-5 staffs at the drop off lobby. The room looks like abandoned. It was dusty in a few corner and the body wash was empty. Also, stain in the bathtub and shower. What a bummer;(
