Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu

Good place to stay with your family. The included breakfast was great lots of options snd tasty. The warm swimming pool had slightly unpleasant odors to it but wasn't a concern to the children.

The hotel itself is good, provided with many facilities and well maintained. The room is clean and spaciousin. The restaurants offer many variety of foods, fast service and are delicious. Things that could have been better: 1. We had bad experience during check-in and also check-out time. I requested early check in at 1pm when book the hotel. I arrive on time at 1, the front desk staff informed that there was room available but the view is partially look toward renovating building. I asked if there is other room, he offered me to wait until regular check-in time at 3pm and said will informed me as soon as the room is ready. In short, my family and I were waiting until 3pm and returned to the front desk. It was surprising to see the same front desk officer seems to forget the arrangement and asked me if the I would like to take the initial room he offered. I was really upset as our wiating for 2 hours seems to be in vain. He then searched again the room for us and fortunately there was 1 after about another 15 minutes of waiting. During check out, the frond desk seems to forget or lost the bill of our deposit. She tried to look for it and until our ride arrived, it has not been found. As I need to leave to the airport, the front desk told me they will text me if they find the bill. Hope it will happen. 2. During lunch at Infinite8 restaurant, a waiter approached us and asked about the service, food taste etc. I understand that it is common to have such survey, however the same waiter returned 3 times to ask the same questions and it was quite annoying. 3. The hotel is located quite far from the main road and no convinience store around. It would be good if hotel could provide shuttle bus at least drop guests to the main road. 4. The soap and shampoo provided in the hotel room smell kind like fish oil. This is subjective, and it is not suitable for us. 5. For 5 stars hotel, the WC could have its own cubicle rather than join together with the shower/bath tub area.

Almost perfect. Just need improvement on entertainment in room (television) Thank you for staff and maybe management who always responsive. Please make sure smoking area and non smoking area on breakfast room is well separated.

Sudah keempat kalinya menginap di Golden Tulip Batu. Service dan Hospitality nya terbaik, dan jadi hotel favorit kalau liburan di Batu. Tapi sayangnya saat menginap kemarin ada sedikit pengalaman yang tidak mengenakkan saat breakfast, ada pengunjung yang membawa stroller yang jujur mengganggu akses jalan tamu lain dan juga staff yang membawa piring dan gelas kotor. Sayangnya, saat kami ingatkan, pemilik stroller malah marah dan menyuruh kami untuk memutar lewat akses pintu lain. Sungguh tidak nyaman. Padahal sudah mengganggu akses umum dan merupakan etika dasar di tempat umum untuk tidak mengganggu jalan ataupun menghalangi pintu dengan barang. Padahal banyak juga tamu yang membawa stroller tapi memilih meja yang sekiranya stroller mereka tidak menutup dan mengganggu akses untuk tamu lainnya. Mungkin masukan untuk golden tulip untuk menyediakan corner khusus untuk stroller. Atau diarahkan untuk duduk di meja yang sekiranya stroller mereka tidak mengganggu akses tamu lainnya. Terimakasih atas perhatiannya. Tapi Tetap service dan hospitality Golden tulip yang terbaik.

Satisfying to stay in here. But maybe 1 point regarding the swimming pool not too big for resort hotel

Super great & pleasant places for holiday! Everything was great (all staff & facility 👍🏻) will be comeback for sure to stay in Batu Malang

What a Pleasant holiday at golden tulip sky suite.

It ' s a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will be back for the next trip if I'm going to Batu again. Keep up the wonderful work:).

Hotelnya nice, poolnya dingin. Kamarnya luas, breakfast bervariasi, staff friendly.
