I don't really enjoy the staff treatment since they constantly rude when I ask something and I left some serums on my room and already emailed & called them for it, but they never respond and never take action.

Easy access to the airport if you need to catch up morning flight, they also provide free shuttle bus from and to the airport. It also connect with MTR asia world expo. The hotel is new and later on there will be shopping mall k11 atelier.

Nice hotel, room quite small, got airport transfer and bus to nearest mtr station. I love staying here, because the hallway is so beautiful 😍

Hotel is new and very clean, room is spacious and beautiful. Reception staffs are friendly, fluent in English and very efficient. Location near airport. Hotel provides free shuttle to airport (schedule every half hour) and to Tung Chung MTR station (every hour) so it's very helpful. Note: hotel also provide shuttle from airport to hotel (wait for the bus at airport terminal 1 bay 11-14, ask airport staffs for direction)

I stayed here for the concert in Asia world tour arena HK, it really closest to the venue and there is a connection between venue and the hotel. It very helpful. The bedroom quite small for the 4star hotel I think, but everything was good. The sky deck closed at 10pm at 12F. If you have a lazy time, recommended to check the skydeck. Thanks.

The hotel is located conviniently near HKIA. Can be reached with airport train or free shuttle bus from the airport. The check in process was quite fast. The room is quite spacious for HK standard. The bathroom was clean and had enough amenities. No bathrobe tho. This place was good for layover.

Strategically located near the airport and bus stop. Very appreciated for letting me check in early. Comfortable room. Also there's bus service to airport, very convenient for early flight.
