We love everything about this hotel, the room is spacious, price is affordable, the building quite old but still comfortable. Around the hotel area there are a lot of restaurant so it is pretty convenience for tourist. The only downside is the distance to mtr station quite far by walk, but still there is bus stop if you need more convenience tranportation. Overall everything was great, including the staff is helpful during our stay.

The hotel staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious but not that clean. They don't clean the room on a daily basis unless you request for it. The location is very far from MTR. They don't have in house restaurants. All in all our stay is value for money.

So many food street but all non halal. Need to walk 10 minutes from MTR station.

Easy to acces from AirPort by bus, only take one bus. Very near from the famous halal food in Town.

The hotel staffs is not considerate and asked us to pay and upgrade the room because as per their policy they only allow 4 pax per room even if the extra person is just a child.

Front desk took rather long to issue my room keys. Front desk claimed to have revert my pre authorisation but in reality this is only done at the end of the day. Not being totally upfront about it. Other than that, it was fine. Housekeeping did a decent job.

Good service but we must go up using stairs and is a bit hard to carry our suitcase to our room because is a family trip and I brought my 3 daughters and my mother..

Their customer service is really bad and not accommodating. Though the place is near at one of the bus stops. The place is really old and it’s fine but it smells cigarette. If you are not picky this place is for you because it’s near at 7-11 and bus stop.
