Great locations for those who loves shopping till you drop, Hotel surrounded by famous shopping destinations, i.e. Platinum shopping mall, Big C, Pratunam Market, Neon Night Market. Conveniently walking distance to those areas. Room is okay, but clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the food, but according to our friends, breakfast selection is not so bad.. will definitely comeback to stay here on my future trip to Bangkok. Thank you

Room hotel was nice...near the market so easy to find some food. Near to shopping mall also..can by walk or using by tuk tuk.
I will stay at this hotel again if i come to Bangkok. 😘

If you need to shopping it is a good choice, in front the hotel is pratunam market, so you just need to walk around if you want go to shopping.

Because this hotel employees are crazy, especially the check-in staff. I have paid to stay for 2 days but it was rejected only because I used my husband 's email but the book used my name, even though my husband and I had shown our emails and passports but it was still rejected. Bad hotel ever.

Bagus sih. Saya sangat suka shower kamar mandinya dengan suhu air yg bisa saya atur sesuka hati. Kamarnya cukup nyaman dan bersih. Staff juga ramah. Di lantai dasar ada timbangan buat cek apakah koper kita overload atau ngga. Kemana2 cukup strategis. Sarapan cukup enak tapi tidak begitu banyak pilihan. Harga kalau di bandingkan dengan hotel di indo dengan fasilitas begitu termasuk mahal. Tapi masih affordable lah. Wajar sih. Karna disana tempat wisata yg cukup terkenal.

We booked and requested twin room from the beginning (1 month before our stay) but we got double and we stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights but they did not give us information if we can get twin or not. The receptionist can't speak in English and no hospitality at all. The breakfast was good and tasty but has limited of food variety and I was asking for omelette but they did not have. During our stay, the employees carried some materials back and forth and use guest lift. Like what.
