This Greystone hotel I never feel and see it so bad check 15.00 Receiption so proud must deposit 200 ringgit and refun d will be back 7 and 14 days receiption only 09 to 21.00 I h0pe this last time I stay deposit 0ur carier must pay 10 ringgit so the customer is not the I king in this Greystone I hope app no to Recommend to other cuntomer very not satisfied thank you.

Those who chooses to stay at this Place, Please pay more attention on description and my personal comments below: - No reception if u check in after 9 PM. And would be best for u to read through all the information in detail, prior making the booking and decide. - They told that they have stated in description to contact property one day prior arrival. So ensure you do this, so u can arrange it better with property owner for deposit. And the apartment have terms andconditions. This they will stated in detail after your purchased, Think TWICE or more. As its personal apartment like AIRBNB ,I would say. - If u late check in after 9 PM. They will give u a link of personal website to secure your deposit for RM 200. They won’t allow you in until you secure deposit and they wont send any staff come in if after 9 PM. Myself I am not comfortable to put all the information in their link since even the three digit of CVV after u type in, it’s not hidden at all. And this deposit, they told to be returned within at first via chat 15 working days, Which does not make any sense at all to me. When we have CC open, but after check out all things must be cleared out. But it will take them days to return as said Bank process. They should have proper confirmation on if any damaged of property belonging right away after guest check out and how procedure to confirm in written, if the deposit will be returned right away after check out. It won’t be fair to return deposit right after 15 working days or as they claim 5 working days possible even if u pay by DEBIT OR CC, As once check out, all must be clear out in written. Where's the written procedure? As they rent the place daily, if any broken of their belonging that its not your fault, would not be fair if they charge on your bill. - Myself I don’t feel secured to put all my Bank information there as I doubt the credibility. Staff there told only their company can see it.. Its supposed hidden and secured information that cannot be disclosed to any party. But their website for card details are all open number even for the three digit CVV. THINK MORE PLEASE! - In my opinion, Owner of property shall make a statement clearly in written if you want to ask your guest to fill up your form that this card information would not be mis-used, as it will be used only for DEPOSIT Securance only. If any misused information, they shall be liable to applicable law and accept all the consequences in return. This will be at least offering a slight better fair terms to your guest, instead of you ask your guest to put all of their card detail. U created all terms for guests to enter your property, why can’t u be fair to your guest either? - For me to be fair, They should have told clearly in description of property either, If such link personal website to be given in order to secure deposit. If you check in after 9 PM. PLEASE BE FAIR TO PEOPLE! These days, deposit securance, Ordinary people can assume can be by CASH, SWIPE OUR CARD. NO SUCH THING AS PUT ALL DETAIL INFORMATION SUCH LINK PERSONAL WEBSITE. The owner of property fails in stating clearly. They did say Deposit accepts CASH, DEBIT OR CC. But they did not describe if such a link of personal website would be required if u check in after 9 PM. HUH.... - The deposit amount is higher than the rental fees per night. Place might offer a great view as high scored of review. But deposit amount higher than the ROOM RATE PER NIGHT. You evaluate this if you are ok with that. - All of my comments above are subject to myself check-in after 9 PM. - I ended up not staying there at that night, but its more ridiculous that on next day morning, they asked me whether I planned to check out earlier before 9 am or 12 PM.. If u late check out they will charge you RM 15/hour (as per message I got). Even on that night I offered them, if any damaged in their property I will pay the deposit on next day after check out. They don’t even solve the issue properly and only insisted you to pay DEPOSIT FIRST of RM 200 as MANDATORY and FINAL. I did not get to check in, and even weird, they asked me next day morning and gave me options when planned to check out. How ridiculous!

It 's perfect to staying, nearest with hot spot area. Very recommended.

Hotel bagus dan murah serta bersih. Lokasi nya juga strategis, di belakang hotel banyak tempat sarapan. Staff nya juga ramah banget. Pas check in kami di upgrade dari kamar studio ke 2 kamar. Terima Kasih GreyStone.

Csnya gak ada gak bisa check in, sebelum order di baca dulu. Last check in jam 9pm, saya sampai Kuala Lumpur 10an pm, gak ada cs. Padahal ambil 2 hari. Gak jadi tinggal. Anggap aja hangus. Cari hotel lain walau pun lebih mahal banyak dari sini tapi nyaman.
