The third night of staying at this hotel, at 8.15 am, the strong smell of fried food came into the room and after 15 minutes of complaining the cleaning service came with a perfume spray, without explanation of the source.

Requested bath towel which never came. We have to personally go down to the lobby for the request. The towel finally came, but there were stain so we have to request again.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed! The resepsionis women with glasses are sweet and nice, the room is so spacious, clean, everythings meet my expectations. And today is my second time stay at Ascott, all good and great!
