Saya tidak paham bintang 5 nya dari mana. Receptionist penampilan saat malam tidak rapi, dan kurang ramah, wajah kusut, dan komunikasi antar receptionist very bad. Saya order agar breakfast take away jam 5, tp saat jam 5 sy ambil infonya tidak ada dikasitau oleh petugas sebelumnya. Akhirnya sarapan saya disiapkan dengan nasi goreng yg nasinya tidak matang, rasa hambar, box tidak proper. Kebersihan kamar cukup baik.

Hotel keren, dari awal masuk sampai proses check in di sambut dengan ramah. Kamar bersih dan cocok untuk staycation dengan family. Makanan restaurant yg enak dan breakfast yg bervariasi. Overall good hotel, good price, good place

Everything is good. But the toilet. Its a bad toilet I think. Jet shower just not useful. The plumbing have a problem too, the water leak into dry section. But to be honest, beside the toilet and bathroom, everything is great. Oh rooftop. Its beauty place with beauty view, but not clean.

This is the worst and dirtiest 5 stars hotel I ever stayed. The bathroom and bedroom was so dirty. The room looked like it had not been occupied for a long time and it was not well maintained. No privacy also when you want to use the bathroom. Everyone from the pool and lobby can see you in the bathroom. Clearly can see you in bathroom! Also when I come to the hotel, there were cat poops on the lobby at 12 midnight and the poops were still there until 6am.

Good in service but lack of their 15 years experience. There is some issue need to be fix as soon as possible from electricity, lift maintenance, light maintenance, some floor maintenance, not good smell from outside and try to make your hotel more bright.

Dust accumulation on surfaces and signs of neglect were evident, casting a shadow over what could have been a more comfortable stay. While the hotel ' s potential is clear, addressing these cleanliness issues is crucial to ensuring a more enjoyable environment for guests. Adding to the challenges was a malfunctioning air conditioner that proved to be a persistent issue. Despite the hotel ' s attempt to resolve the problem by providing an alternative room for the night, the transition was less than seamless. The inconvenience was exacerbated by the temporary room ' s lack of readiness and essential amenities, contributing to a disruption in the overall flow of my stay. On a related note, the breakfast experience at The Crystal Luxury Bay Nusa Dua did not meet expectations. The limited variety and lackluster quality of the offerings detracted from the overall dining satisfaction. Enhancements to the breakfast menu with more appealing and flavorful choices could significantly elevate the guest experience. While I understand that unforeseen issues may arise, I believe that The Crystal Luxury Bay Nusa Dua has the potential to transform these challenges into opportunities for improvement. I hope my feedback serves as constructive input, encouraging the hotel to address cleanliness concerns, refine contingency plans for air conditioner malfunctions, and enhance the culinary offerings to create a more memorable and satisfying stay for future guests.

A nice hotel near the airport. It's an old hotel but the facilities remain in a good condition.

It's like never been used for so long, curtain was very dusty, carpet in the bedroom dirty and not vacuumed, shower and handles in the bathroom were all dull, aircon was leaking in the bedroom, aircon outside the bedroom wasn't even cold, housekeeping button wasn't working on the phone, the receptionist was not helpful and friendly, never wanna go back there ☹.

The water heater doesn't work, only one out of 4 elevators is operating, at least the staircase works for me, the breakfast area opens at 7.00 sharp, leaving us early birds sitting & waiting while the staff didn't bother to say hi, or even saying a word when the restaurant is finally open. Its like, hello! We are people waiting for you & they don't even bother. So much to take for a balinese hospitality standard. The food is below average # tastewise. & its not something that you would proudly put on your instagram. I found a dirty coffee cup in my room, which force me to wash it myself before I make a coffee in it. & guess what, since I spent 2 nights at the same room. In the next day they didn't change the used coffee cups with a new one. How awful is that? It was a busy holiday for me & I didn't feel like complaining on site since I needed to preserve my mood & rest. The location is very strategic, very near to the airport & the highway. However the hospitality service is nowhere near the balinese standard.

The hotel infrastructure was good, but could have been more maintained properly. Seems like it was not functional since long time. Rooms were good, clean and tidy.
