I really enjoy staying at this hotel, there is direct access to the beach. All the facilities at this hotel are very complete, the staff is friendly, there is a beach club (VUE), lots of photo spots, very suitable for choices to stay while in Bali. I will definitely come back here again❤️

Excellent hotel choice. Room was big and clean, with many cute harmless little crab running around. Staff is friendly and helpful. They got beautiful beach, but dog owners please tend to your dog business. I love dogs, but I don't like stepping on their p**p. Overall this is an awesome hotel

Untuk harga 2jt/malam experience menginap di hotelnya tidak terasa luxury, betul2 hanya view lautnya saja yg di jual & memuaskan. Tapi untuk furniture dalam kamarnya sangat jadul dan kurang terawat, gelas2nya pun sudah menguning, makanan juga kurang bervariasi, buffet nya sangat membosankan dan terbatas. Kamar mandinya pun kotor, karatan, shower di bathub nya pun tidak berfungsi dan bathtub kotor. Overall kurang memuaskan.

Untuk lokasi hotel, kamar, pelayanan resepsionis di lobby oleh mbak Fitri dan Sindy sangat sangat baik, ramah dan menyenangkan:) Pemandangan dari room yg di berikann cuantik pol. Tapi yg sangat perlu di tingkatkan pelayanan di Beach Club nya yg sangat buruk dan menyebalkan. Waiter and waitress nya melayani local guest dengan penuh kecurigaan. Saya berkali2 ditanyakan apakah tamu dari hotel tersebut atau bukan, karena kalau bukan tamu akan dikenakan min spend sebesar 350rb perorang katanya. Padahal jelas2 saya memegang kartu kamar hotel dan pada saat itu pesanan makanan saya sudah cukup banyak, mereka mendatangi saya berkali2 menanyakan hal yg sama. Sangat menganggu. Bahkan setelah close bill, salah satu dr mereka mendatangi saya LAGI untuk menanyakan apakah saya sudah bayar. Buruk sekali pelayanannya dan tidak ada permintaan maaf sedikitpun. Tolong di perbaiki kualitas pelayanannya terlebih ke org lokal karna yg saya lihat, pengunjung lain yg duduk di sebelah2 saya (international guest) tidak ada yg diperlakukan seperti itu. Thank you

Hari pertama gak ada handuk, alasan laundry, sampai malam gaj ditelp, gak diantar2. Buka pintu teras banyak lalat masuk, bed cover kotor, kamar mandi agak bau, menu sarapan lebih buruk dari hotel bintang 3, kacamata hilang tidak ada respon.

2Nd time stay here with kiddos. Really enjoy and so much fun. Staffs all are friendly and good service. Room is very spacious and clean. Very fast response from the staff if you need something. Unfortunately the pool is under renovation, but still can swim. And this time we got room with private pool. Kiddos really enjoy stay here, can go to beach and pool all the time. Sure we'll go back here.

Everything is good. But many facilities are under maintenance: male sauna & steam room, and kids pool. Gym area is big.

The room was so stinky. The bed sheet also the same. The aircon not cold at all and the hot water sometimes work sometimes not. The beach ingront hotel so dirty. Kids can't play there so many rubbish. Yhe hall way and lift don't have aircon. So stressful. I wish I can refund my money. And for the last the breakfast not good at all the glass dirty. And the food was salty.
