Staffs were excellent and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I am satisfied with the overall hotel facilities, the comfort of the room and the friendliness of our staff. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and I loved it. Also very strategic location. Perfect place for me.

The hotel located in the city of denpasar, not so many attraction around the hotel. The room is spacious, little bit old and need air freshener but clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast has lot of food variety.

Hotelnya mewah dan bagus bgt, kamarnya luas bgt dan ad sofa dan mejanya, bayi saya happy krn luas bs muter2 di kamar, kebetulan aku lg dpt kamar dgn harga murah. Sesuailah hotel bintang 4. Pelayanan staff bagus. Buffetnya sarapannya luar biasa lengkap dan banyak pilihan dan variasinya. Lokasi hotel dekat apotik dan circle K.

Kamar diupgrade karena yang dipesan full. Jadi dapet kamar yang besar banget, ada ruang TV dan kamar tidurnya terpisah, TV ada 2. Sangat menyenangkan disini, kamar dan kamar mandi bersih, semua kelengkapan ada. Mulai dari yang wajib ada sampai detail2 kecil, semua tersedia. Kolam renang ada 3 lokasi terpisah. Staff ramah dan helpful. Bakal kesini lagi. Bintang 10 👍
